System Integrations & Process Automation

We connect the tools you already pay for so data stops being copied by hand. CRM to accounting, store to inventory, forms to wherever they actually need to go, with the failure cases handled properly.

Most businesses do not need another platform. They need the five they already have to talk to each other. Orders that arrive in the store but get retyped into accounting, leads that land in a form and get pasted into a CRM, stock counts kept in two places that quietly disagree: each of those is a person spending hours on work software should be doing. We build the integrations that close those gaps, using proper APIs and webhooks rather than brittle screen scraping. The part that matters is what happens when things go wrong, because they will. Every integration we build retries safely without creating duplicates, logs what it did, and tells someone when it cannot proceed, instead of failing silently for three weeks until a customer notices.

Illustrative example of what this service produces. Not client data.

What's Included

  • Custom API integrations between platforms
  • Two-way data sync with conflict handling
  • Scheduled jobs and webhook pipelines
  • Retry, logging, and failure alerting

Who This Is For

  • Businesses paying staff to copy the same data between two systems
  • Companies whose store, CRM, and accounting each hold a different truth
  • Teams relying on a no-code automation that keeps breaking at scale

Our Process

  1. 01

    Systems review

We map what data lives where, which system should own each field, and what currently moves by hand.

  2. 02

    Scope & price

We agree on the integrations, the direction data flows, and the price together, in writing, before development.

  3. 03

    Build

Integrations built against the platforms' real APIs, with idempotent writes so a retry never creates a duplicate record.

  4. 04

    Testing

Run against real data in a staging environment, including the failure cases: timeouts, rate limits, and conflicting edits.

  5. 05

    Launch & monitoring

Deployed with logging and failure alerts, so a broken sync surfaces immediately rather than weeks later. Invoice on delivery.

What changes

Before

  • Staff copying data between two systems
  • Silent failures found weeks later
  • No-code automations breaking at volume

With LoomaDev

  • Data moves on a schedule or a webhook
  • Failures retry, then alert a human
  • Built for your volume, not per-task pricing

Frequently Asked Questions

Why not just use Zapier or Make?

For simple, low-volume flows those are genuinely the right answer and we will say so. Custom becomes worth it when volume makes per-task pricing expensive, when the logic gets conditional, or when you need error handling those tools do not really give you.

What if a platform does not have an API?

We check that first, because it changes the approach entirely. Where there is no API we look at exports, webhooks, or database access, and we tell you honestly if a reliable integration is not possible.

What happens when one system is down?

The integration queues the work and retries with backoff rather than dropping it, and alerts someone if it still cannot proceed. Nothing is lost quietly.
