Overview
Connect People is a government-licensed international manpower and recruitment agency based in Rawalpindi, Pakistan, with 5+ years of experience placing engineers, healthcare professionals, hospitality workers, and skilled trades across six Gulf markets, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, and Kuwait. They came to Loomadev needing a complete digital overhaul: a professional web presence that matched the scale of their operations and an admin system their team could actually manage without developer support.
The Problem
Connect People was operating on a basic WordPress site that did little to reflect the credibility and reach of an agency with over five years of industry experience. The site lacked the structure to communicate its specialist industry desks, Gulf market coverage, and government-licensed status to potential employer clients. There was no way for the team to manage job listings, track candidate applications, monitor contact enquiries, or update staff and board information without editing the site directly, a slow, error-prone process that created a bottleneck every time a new role needed to be posted. With an active pool of over 200,000 candidates and mandates across six countries, they needed a platform that could keep up.
The Solution
Loomadev redesigned and rebuilt the entire platform from scratch using Next.js, MongoDB, and Cloudinary, replacing the WordPress setup with a fast, scalable, fully custom web application. The public-facing website spans nine core pages: Home, About, Services, Industries, Jobs, Gulf Recruitment, Success Stories, Blog, and Contact, plus a dedicated CV submission flow for candidates. Each page was designed to position Connect People as a credible, specialist Gulf recruitment partner, with clear calls to action for both employers and job seekers. Alongside the website, we built a bespoke admin dashboard, the "System Command" panel, giving the Connect People team full control over their platform. Admins can publish and manage live job listings, review and action candidate applications, read and respond to contact enquiries, manage staff and board profiles, and monitor real-time recruitment metrics from a single interface. Media assets are handled through Cloudinary for fast, optimised image delivery, and all data is stored and queried via MongoDB for flexibility at scale.
