Overview
Grill Bucket is an Islamabad-based BBQ and grill restaurant that needed more than just a menu page. They needed a complete digital ordering system. We designed and built a full-stack food ordering platform from scratch: a customer-facing website with a live menu, deals engine, and branch selector, plus a custom admin dashboard that gives the restaurant full control over every part of their business.
The Problem
Grill Bucket had no digital ordering presence. Customers had no way to browse the menu, check deals, or place orders online. On the operations side, the team had no internal tool to manage products, categories, add-ons, branches, coupons, or customer reviews. Everything was manual, which created errors and slowed things down.
The Solution
We built a complete two-sided platform in under two weeks. On the customer side: a fast Next.js website with a full menu organised by category (Hot Wings, Ribs, Platters, Burgers, Loaded Fries, and more), a live deals engine with real-time pricing, a branch selector, and a smooth add-to-cart checkout flow. On the business side: a fully custom admin dashboard where the Grill Bucket team can manage products, categories, add-ons, branches, coupons, deals, banners, and customer reviews, all without touching any code. Cloudinary handles image uploads, and the system is built to scale as new branches are added.
